Tender Corporation, which sells a range of best-in-class branded consumer products including After Bite, Adventure Medical Kits and Ben’s, announced the acquisition of RapidPure water purification systems. Available in a range of form factors to work with water bottles, hydration packs, and gravity-style camping accessories, RapidPure water treatment products boast leading-edge technology, including superior purification, faster flow rates, larger water purifying capacity, and lighter-weight designs, said the company.
“This is our second strategic acquisition since investing in Tender at the end of January 2019, and we are excited about the potential of RapidPure’s innovative products,” says David Affinito, managing director of Victor Capital Partners. “We will continue to pursue strategic acquisitions that fit Tender’s mission of allowing people to safely enjoy the outdoors.”
RapidPure’s products are available through outdoor specialty, mass market, and internet retailers, and Tender has secured substantial new distribution for RapidPure’s product line.
