Swiss Advance, maker of outdoor kitchen tools and field equipment, has signed Sport Hansa as its U.S. importer and distributor, effective immediately. Sport Hansa was founded in 2010 with the mission to introduce compelling, niche European outdoor product lines to the U.S.
Sport Hansa will develop sales strategies to maximize growth for Swiss Advance by leveraging strong relationships with dealers and sales agencies, and an in-depth knowledge of sales and distribution logistic, said the company.
“Sport Hansa proudly welcomes Swiss Advance to our family of authentic European brands,” adds Matt Huff, managing director with Sport Hansa. “I grew up in Switzerland and consider Zurich to be my hometown. I am pleased to introduce a product line that embodies innovative Swiss design and culture to our growing portfolio of brands”.
Most of Swiss Advance’s product line is made in Switzerland, within an hour of the brand’s office in the Swiss Alps, which also serves as the proving grounds for product development. The company is known for using fewer materials throughout the manufacturing process, including minimalist packaging, while diverting excess waste from landfills.
Products such as the Crono N5 Pocketknife and the Arcto Spice Container feature modern designs that bridge the gap between camping gear for the outdoors and travel products that fit equally well at home or on the road. The Crono N5 includes 15 tools in an incredibly lightweight, slim package.
