Athleisure firm Lululemon is reportedly preparing to eliminate up to 150 staffers, per Athletech Media Group, citing the company’s ’25Q1 earnings call. The move comes as part of an effort to bolster overall operational agility.

The round of corporate layoffs are expected to mostly affect its store support centers, worldwide, and will be accompanied by price increases for a number of its retail products.

No specific details were announced at this time.

“As we continue to deliver on our strategy, we regularly assess our business operations to ensure we are well-positioned for the future,” said a Lululemon spokesperson to the outlet. “Following a recent review, we have decided to evolve some aspects of our organizational structure to operate with more agility and further invest in our growth.”
