Registration Open for 2018 Pacific Paddle Games

The 2018 Pacific Paddle Games presented by Salt Life will return to Doheny State Beach in Dana Point, Calif., on October 6-7, 2018. The Pacific Paddle Games has a $60,000 prize purse, the largest offered for any SUP event. This year’s event will have an expanded exhibition area including the 10 Barrel Brewing Co. Beer Garden and the PPG Demo Zone and PPG Fitness Zone, which offer a variety of clinics for paddlers of all ages and experience levels.

PPG has partnered with Sustainable Surf to be designated a Deep Blue event, a distinction for events with a comprehensive sustainability strategy.

Registration is now open at www.supthemag.com/ppg/registration. Early Registration ends on September 7, 2018. The first 100 paddlers to register before July 31 will receive an extra $20 off the standard early rate and a premium Salt Life towel.

“Salt Life is honored to continue our partnership with the Pacific Paddle Games and to welcome top competitors from all over the world to Dana Point, including several of our own team members,” Salt Life President Jeff Stillwell said.

“The 2018 Pacific Paddle Games presented by Salt Life are shaping up to be our best yet,” said SUP Content and Sales Director Will Taylor. “There’s a big change to the schedule with the Distance races on Saturday morning. Plus, there will be even more fun to be had on land for paddlers and non-paddlers alike with expanded offerings in our fitness, food and vendor areas.”

EEvent co-sponsors include Croakies, 10-Barrel Brewing Co, Chronic Tacos and CA State Parks.
