Recovery footwear provider OOFOS has named Deborah Gendreau-‐Flynn to the position of President.
Gendreau-‐Flynn most recently served as the Vice President of Sales for Sperry Top-‐ Sider where she spent the past seven years helping to drive Sperry beyond a boat shoe business into a global, nautical lifestyle brand.
“I’m thrilled to be joining this team,” said Gendreau-‐Flynn. “What they’ve been able to accomplish the past three years is truly inspiring. I’m looking forward to working with the team and building off of the foundation they have created.”
Gendreau-‐Flynn said she plans to further solidify OOFOS’ positioning in run-specialty and the comfort show market while pushing additional brand awareness and strategic sales efforts that will allow the brand to make inroads into additional channels of distribution. Gendreau-‐Flynn said she believes the company’s positioning of “To Make Yoo Feel Better” has a broad consumer appeal and will be an asset for the brand as the company begins to speak to a wider audience.
