Lifestyle footwear brand OluKai announced a partnership with Kaenon whereby OluKai will become the majority owner of Kaenon, which is best known for its Italian-made eyewear that features proprietary SR-91 lens technology. OluKai says it investment in Kaenon “reinforces our commitment to maximizing the potential of independently owned, premium lifestyle brands that deliver innovative products through best-of-class retailers.”
Under the partnership, Kaenon will remain a separate entity, led by its Co-Founder and President Darren Rosenberg and supported by a long term and capable team.
