New England Footwear Expands HQ, Gets ‘Under One Roof’

It may not be a big move in miles, but it is a huge step forward in terms of reaching long term objectives, say company executives. New England Footwear as moved its company headquarters to a new location in Straham, N.H. and expanded the facility to bring operations under one roof.

The new space will house a Development Center, and in the near future, a fully functional factory utilizing a proprietary manufacturing process that produces performance footwear right here in the U.S., for less than the landed costs of comparable shoes produced in China today.

This has been the plan of founder Doug Clark from the very beginning of New England Footwear. “The opportunity to return footwear manufacturing to New England, and ensure it can stay here forever, has been my passion for 20 years,” he said. “With the help of the Green Launching Pad and this move, we are closer than ever to making it a reality.”

New England Footwear’s new address will be 22 Marin Way, Stratham, NH 03885.
