Mountain Khakis Hands Out Rep Awards

Mountain Khakis this week announced Ronnie Warner as the 2016 “Rep of the Year” Award recipient, and J.J. Anderson as the “Life Untucked” Award recipient. The pair’s achievements were celebrated at the recent 2016 Mountain Khakis sales meeting in Jackson Hole. Warner manages Mountain Khakis’ Better Apparel channel in the Southeast territory, while Anderson handles the Southwest region.

The Mountain Khakis Rep of the Year Award is determined by targeted sales metrics including preseason sales goals and inventory replenishment objectives. Warner, who has been with the brand for two and a half years, has already grown his territory, over prior year, by more than 50%. This is Warner’s first year receiving this honor from Mountain Khakis.

A North Carolina local, Warner has been in the industry for 35 years, and is the principal rep at Worth Repping.

“Ronnie worked diligently in the Southeast, growing our Better Apparel business by an astounding 355% over the past three years,” says Steve Talacki, Mountain Khakis director of sales.

The “Life Untucked” Award recognizes a sales representative embodying Mountain Khakis’ core values and spirited work culture. During his three years with the brand, JJ Anderson established outstanding buyer relationships across the Southwest, acting as a formidable bridge between retailers and the brand, said the company.

“JJ spreads the Mountain Khakis’ ethos throughout the Southwest,” notes Talacki. “He brings a deep understanding of the brand and professional performance expected of our company to all aspects of his work.”

A 14 sales veteran, in 2008, JJ Anderson founded Pacific Recreation Sales in Bakersfield, Calif., and has been representing Mountain Khakis in the Southwest region for three years.
