Oliver Pabst, who spent nine years at Willy Bogner as executive board member in charge of sales and marketing, will be taking over as Mammut Sport Group CEO at the start of September. The Swiss outdoor company announced in May that Rolf Schmid would be leaving the company after two decades at the helm.
Pabst will also join the executive committee of the Conzzeta Group, the Swiss company that controls Mammut. The German manager’s track record includes assignments at his family’s own textile company, Gerhard Pabst, at McKinsey in Zurich and at Boards & More, the board sports company.
