Industrial Revolution, the privately-held Washington manufacturer and distributor outdoor products, has expanded its top sales leadership team to include a new Vice President of Business Development. Steve Llorente, the previous Vice President of Sales, will spearhead Industrial Revolution’s entry into new markets and channels.
“We’ve been growing so fast in several new channels, we needed to refocus on building on our momentum and making the most of these opportunities,” Llorente explained.
Taking over Llorente’s position of Vice President of Sales will be Tom Grover, an action sports and outdoor recreation veteran. He brings over 20 years of executive leadership experience and is an avid backcountry hiker and outdoor enthusiast.
“Tom has impressive drive and brings a great energy to the team,” said Industrial Revolution President, Graeme Esarey. “With our rapid growth over the last five years, we need to refine systems and sales infrastructures to support our customers, and Tom knows how to do this. We are lucky to add someone with Tom’s background and combine this with Steve’s incredible dedication—he isn’t going anywhere—because the additional talent allows us to focus even more on growth and acquisition opportunities.
