Industrial Revolution Acquires Camera Company Intova

Keith Jackson, CEO of Industrial Revolution, and Joe Ganahl, President of Intova LLC, announced that effective today, the Intova brand and full product line have been acquired by Industrial Revolution.

Founded in Hawaii in 1995, Intova is a manufacturer of waterproof action cameras and accessories. The brand’s mission has been to deliver high-quality, low-cost products, with unique feature sets. Starting with low cost Snap Sights cameras, the Intova product line has grown to include digital cameras, HD video cameras, and waterproof electronics.

While catering to the diving industry, Intova has interest in expanding its reach to broader audiences, so Industrial Revolution came into the picture to help achieve this goal.

Moving forward, a small team of key employees will continue to support the Intova brand and the broader mission of Industrial Revolution from a new office in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ganahl’s attention will shift from overall management of the business to developing new products and supporting key customers.
