Dovetail Appoints VPs of Marketing, Product

Dovetail Workwear, an exclusively women’s workwear company, named Linda Reese as VP of marketing and promoted co-founder, Sara DeLuca to VP of product. Reese and DeLuca will collaboratively strengthen alignment across product and marketing strategies to promote brand growth, consumer awareness and retail support.

Prior to joining Dovetail, Reese held corporate brand and marketing positions with Sorel, Columbia Sportswear and InSport International, driving global marketing strategy and implementation across each. For the past 13 years, she’s led the SparkTank marketing and branding agency, which she co-founded, to establish authentic tone, identity and engagement for brands of all sizes in the outdoor and active lifestyle sectors. Reese is known for her ability to inspire teams and enhance brand value through well-crafted and thoughtfully executed strategic plans.

Since co-founding Dovetail, DeLuca has grown the product development and creation cycle from the original Maven pant to a year-round collection of pants, overalls, coveralls, work shirts, outerwear and accessories. Building on her experience with Gap, adidas and major textile companies and mills worldwide, DeLuca’s vast knowledge and experience continues to support her vision of a company that empowers women to thrive in their work, fulfill their personal potential and strengthen their communities.

In their new and expanded roles, DeLuca and Reese build on the solid business foundation of Dovetail to effectively and reliably make, deliver, market and support durable, reliable, functional and comfortable apparel for its customers.
