Deckers X Lab Introduces Cutting-Edge ENDURO MAX Boots

Footwear innovation and design company Deckers X Lab launched the new ENDURO MAX, a category-creating concept that draws inspiration from mountaineers and trail runners alike to “take you further, faster.”
The ENDURO MAX is designed to provide durability to take on steep terrain while also being lightweight enough to turn a walk into a run, and offers superior grip and confident strides via a Vibram Litebase outsole and cleats built in individual pods. Other advanced midsole materials include a V-shaped carbon plate, nitro-infused shell and heel-to-toe rocker.
The release promises improved stability, responsiveness and plush cushioning. It also offers EcoTan suede for eliminating the need to break in the boot, plus generous heel cushioning, an E-TPEE sockliner and PORON pad, all integrated to seamlessly provide simultaneous shock-absorption and footfall control. The ENDURO MAX is available in the mid-height N-DURO 32, and also features GORE-TEX technology to keep feet dry.
“At Deckers X Lab we test both technical concepts and new categories,” said Jean-Luc Diard, Global VP of innovation with Deckers Outdoor Group. “The ENDURO MAX is part of the first generation of ‘super trekkers’ and is about going further, farther, faster. In the same spirit that you can find in motorbikes, we consider this the first super trekker shoe to combine all the elements that you expect from mountaineering shoes and trail running shoes.”
The ENDURO MAX is available for women and men in two heights – low and mid, with half-sizes also available. For more information about the ENDURO MAX, please visit deckersxlab.com.
