Columbia Sportswear recently held the grand opening of its first branded store in New York City. Located at 345 W. 14th Street, in between 8th and 9th Avenue in New York’s Meatpacking District, the retail store officially opened on November 24 and will offer an extensive range of Columbia’s outerwear, apparel and footwear.
“We eagerly welcome the opportunity to keep New Yorkers warm, dry, cool and protected so that they can have more fun outside in this extraordinary city,” said Shawn Cox, Columbia’s senior vice president of retail. “People know that they can turn to Columbia for ski trips and hiking excursions, but they also count on Columbia to deliver urban looks and functional all weather solutions.”
The store is open to the public from 10 a.m. until 8 p.m., Monday through Saturday, and 11 a.m. until 7 p.m. Sunday.
