Aventura, Ecōths Sponsor Continental Divide Trail Coalition

Family-owned and operated, active lifestyle brands Aventura and Ecōths have partnered with the Continental Divide Trail Coalition (CDTC) as the official clothing sponsors. Both eco-conscious brands will outfit the entire CDTC staff with sustainable and adventure-ready styles for them to wear at events and in the office.

The CDTC’s mission is to complete, promote, and protect the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail by building a diverse trail community, providing up-to-date information to the public, and encouraging the stewardship of the Trail, its corridor and surrounding landscapes.

“Both Aventura and Ecōths have deep roots in the outdoor industry going back to the beginnings of our parent company, Sportif,” said Tom Williamson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Aventura and Ecōths. “We’re delighted to give back to the outdoor community by partnering with an organization who is dedicated to stewardship, outreach, and education for one of the most popular long trails in the country.”

“We were looking for a clothing sponsor that shared our commitment to protecting the environment and incorporating sustainable practices,” said Lauren Murray, CDTC Development Plan Manager. From using organic cotton, Lenzing Modal, recycled polyester and hemp fabrics to working with Fair Tradefactories, Aventura and Ecōths are dedicated to using lower-impact materials and being a sustainable company in all aspects of their business.

“We knew Aventura and Ecōths would meet all of our desired requirements, all while still keeping CDTC staff looking cohesive and professional, and outfitting us in clothing that we enjoy wearing both on and off the job,” said Murray. “We’re thrilled to be working with partners just as committed as the CDTC is to protecting our planet.”
