Snowsports Industries America Announces 2026 Regional, Global Summit Dates

Snowsports Industries America (SIA), a trade association for the winter sports industry, announced the dates and locations for its 2025-2026 Summit Series. This includes two Regional Summits and the Global Summit. SIA plans to build on the momentum and success of the 2024-2025 Summit Series, delivering improved opportunity for industry connection, education and collaboration. This includes hosting the Global Summit at Snowbird in 2026, which is expected to provide a backdrop for on-snow fun and industry networking.

The dates and locations for the 2025-2026 Summit Series are:

  • Western Regional Summit – Tue., Oct. 21 (Westminster, C.O.)
  • Eastern Regional Summit – Thu., Oct. 23 (Burlington, V.T.)
  • Global Summit – Mar. 23–25 (Snowbird, U.T.)

The SIA Summit Series brings together retailers, suppliers, resorts and industry stakeholders to address challenges and opportunities in snowsports. Regional Summits offer tactical workshops in key markets, while the Global Summit, held in conjunction with Winter Sports Retailers, convenes the entire industry for three days of learning, thought leadership, collaboration and on-snow experiences.

The 2025 Global Summit, held in March at Sundance Resort in partnership with Winter Sports Retailers, drew 137 participants from across the industry. This includes 35 retailers; representation of 39 resorts; 63 suppliers from alpine, snowboard, nordic and outerwear and 26 expert speakers, spanning 14 sessions. Critical topics included tariffs, compliance and sustainability.

SIA encourages all members of the snowsports industry to save the dates and join these essential events in 2026. Registration details and programming updates will be announced soon.
