Born Outdoor – the makers of comfortable, convenient and versatile bedroll for the outdoor sector – was awarded a “Gray’s Best” award for the Badger Bed 30. This designation comes from the Gray’s Sporting Journal.
The versatile, four-season usable Badger Bed offers a portable sleep solution that brings bed-like comfort to outdoor enthusiasts, hunters, over-landers, anglers, festival goers, recreational campers and overnight guests.
“As outdoor enthusiasts ourselves, we spent years researching convenient ways to sleep more comfortably outdoors,” said Stuart Born, Born Outdoor’s Founder. “Our fully integrated bedroll stands apart from traditional sleeping bags and pads. Whether you are at an elk camp in Colorado or hunting hogs in Texas, you can customize the Badger Bed for your hunt. We’re very happy that Gray’s agrees that the Badger Bed is the perfect solution for anyone wanting to sleep well and wake up ready for their next day’s adventure.”
The Born Outdoor Badger Bed offers an integrated sleep system where the mattress, sheets, and quilts are combined in a modular, one-of-a-kind bedroll. The base of this system is the Badger Bed 30, an outer shell made from post-consumer recycled ripstop fabric with a DWR TPU-coating for exceptional durability, water repellency and resistance to abrasion. It holds any 30” wide mattress and Born offers different sheets and quilts to customize the bedroll.
They also created several bundles with everything you need. The cool weather Badger Bed 30 – Sierra Bundle ($825) uses a Therm-a-Rest MondoKing mattress, a 650 fill down quilt and flannel sheets; the Badger Bed 30 – Baja Bundle ($785) has the MondoKing mattress with a synthetic quilt and poly-cotton sheets and is ideal for warmer weather.
