for both its sportswear and work-wear

wholesale businesses.

for Waypoint. As part of the transition,

Waypoint will enfold the existing Helly

Hansen USA sales directors, their

teams and independent agents into the

Waypoint organization. The transition

of the sales functions to Waypoint will

take place on September 1, 2017, en-

abling Waypoint to prepare for the Fall

Winter 2018 season. Helly Hansen’s

USA headquarters will remain in Sum-

ner, Wash., for the consumer facing ac-

tivities of marketing, e-commerce and

customer service, as well as finance,

supply chain and logistics.

Brooks-Range Mountaineering

has hired

John Swartz

as regional sales

rep in the South Central United States.

Swartz’s territory includes New Mexico,

Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana,

Kansas and Missouri. He brings 15 years

of experience to the table and has cross-

category experience, having worked with

a wide range of brands, from tech to the
