This position will require the following:
Ability to manage all daily outdoor activities: motorsports, horseback riding,
fishing, zipline/ropes course, archery, mountain biking, clay shooting, snow
sports, and activity day camps for multiple age groups
Ability to assist and direct program development, new activity profiles, grids,
and budgeting
Ability to train, develop, inspire, and lead a large activities staff
The qualified candidate will possess the following:
7-10 years of experience in Outdoor Activity Management
The love of Rocky Mountain Outdoor activities
Bachelor's degree in outdoor recreation management, environmental
science, forestry, or equivalent naturalist degree field
Certified in multiple outdoor activity instruction and management
