The Rip Ruck 24, the mid-size pack in the series, offers two main compart- ments: a zip access to a separate laptop and document sleeve and a Rip-Zip com- partment that has a sleeve, zippered mesh pocket and plenty of space for all your other must-haves. Other features include one side stretch-woven pocket, PALS web- bing and daisy chain for attaching acces- sories, and two exterior Rip Zip pockets for quick access and organization. Matador The Freerain32 is a 32-liter hydration- compatible, waterproof, packable back- pack capable of packing down to the size of a pair of socks. The zippered compart- ment expands to nearly 40 liters when waterproofing isn’t needed, and a rolltop de- sign keeps belongings dry when activated.
