Already sold in more than 50 foreign countries and several U.S. cities, Naked Sports Innova- tions is looking to expand throughout North American markets.  “We are seeking dynamic and in- novative thinking brand reps that can partner with our out of the box way of thinking that is redefining how endur- ance athletes can carry hydration, fuel and accessories,” said Lindsay Dakota, co-founder and president of Naked Sports Innovations. The ideal sales reps will have a strong understanding of the endur- ance multi-sports market and con- nections with the specialty retail stores that serve these channels. EDELRID has appointed Vertical World Sales as its new sales lead- ership responsible for serving the Rockies Territory, covering Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico. As the principal of Vertical World Sales, David Roetzel, a 20-plus-year indus- try veteran, will take command of one of EDELRID’s strongest territories and iconic markets. “This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a core company that is truly pushing innovation and sus- tainability,” he said. “I look forward to introducing EDELRID’s high-end products to more and more of the Rockies territory.” “Throughout his career, David has developed a significant understand- ing of the needs of the territory and has developed an authentic level of trust and professionalism that is highly regarded in the industry,” add- ed EDELRID’s vice president Blair Williams. “Demand for EDELRID is at a historical peak and the timing of partnering with VWS could not come at a more opportune time.” New Zealand travel and adventure brand Kathmandu announced new sales representation in the Pacific Northwest, Rockies and Southwest by The Alta Group, Urban Outdoors and Pacific Crest Trading, respectively. “We have assembled some of the most experienced and profes- sional sales reps in the business and we look forward to working with them to build the Kathmandu brand in North America,” said Bill Chandler, Kathmandu NA vice president of sales and marketing. The Alta Group, based in Seattle, will be representing the brand in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Mon- tana. It also represents Petzl, Nik- wax, Adventure Medial Kits and Oboz. Urban Outdoors will represent Kathmandu in Colorado, Wyoming, Utah and New Mexico. Founded in 2016 by Nick Patston, Urban Out- doors services a mix of brands in the tactical and outdoor markets in- cluding Propper International, Night- stick, Brooking Industries, Optic Nerve, Qalo and Croakies. Pacific Crest Trading will repre- sent Kathmandu in California, Ne- vada, Arizona and Hawaii. The agen- cy was founded by Dan Miller in 1998 following stints as an agency rep and a dealer service representative for Gregory Mountain Products. The Truckee, Calif.-based agency rep- resents Cascade Designs, Gregory, Darn Tough and Oboz. Outdoor & Sports Company Adds Boyd to Sales Team Greg Boyd has been hired to represent all three of Outdoor & Sports Company’s brands (Moun- tain Equipment, Bridgedale and Hilly) as a Rocky Mountain region sales rep in the U.S.  Boyd has been working in the outdoor industry since 2006. He started his career working in a lo- cal climbing shop in California. From there he started working with kids as a climbing instructor. A move to Colorado led him to work- ing as a sales rep with outdoor brands. As the in-house sales rep for OSC, he will work to expand retailer relationships for the com- pany’s three outdoor brands. Outdoor industry veteran Bill Supple has been recently brought on to help grow the Outdoor & Sports Company’s Mountain Equipment brand as the brand and business development director. Supple most recently spent 17 years as the CEO and president of Mammut Sports Group Inc. At Moun- tain Equipment, he’ll be working with the U.S. team to continue the recent growth of the brand and expand sales opportunities. “With our current growth and trajectory, Bill has exactly the right skills and experience that we need. We are thrilled to have him as part of our growing team,” said Colin Sand- ers managing director at OSC.
