NOCs Provisions Binoculars NOCs adventure-ready binoculars are the brainchild of Chris McKleroy, a designer and co-founder of wearable- speaker brand Boombotix, a company he grew from a garage into a $10 million a year business. When developing NOCs, McKleroy went through more than 20 prototypes on a hand-built 3D printer before landing on the final version. Today, NOCs offers a blend of quality, value, portability and aesthetics, designed to appeal to active consumer who never knew the enjoyment of having a high-quality pair of binocu- lars. NOCs also has partnered with Trips for Kids Marin, a non-profit that provides Bay Area kids from underserved communities with gear and opportunities to mountain bike. NOCs supports the organization through 1% for the Planet and direct volunteering. HitchFire Grills From the founders of Tepui Tents comes HitchFire Grills and the creation of a new category of outdoor cooking: hitch-mounted grilling. HitchFire launches the category with the Forge 15 model, named for its double high-output 7,500 BTU propane burners. Designed to be attached to ve- hicles with a standard 2” receiver and built on an articulating swing arm, the hitch-mounted design keeps the mess out of your vehicle and saves valuable trunk space so you can pack more of the gear you need. Running off the ubiquitous 1lb propane cannisters, the Forge 15 is made of rugged powder-coated steel built on a stout tu- bular frame to withstand the abuses of the pave- ment and trail. “The Forge 15 is the perfect addition for the overlander, camper, day-tripper and tailgater, but also the surf crew refueling between sessions or the downhill moun- tain bike warriors hanging in the parking lot after a full day of charging,” said the company.
