United By Blue’s first brand store in New York City is open for business. Located in the Nolita neighborhood in Manhattan, United By Blue’s latest store offers a complete collection of outdoor-inspired accessories, men’s and women’s apparel, and bags; all of which are sourced and crafted from sustainable fabrics.
The new storefront, located at 245 Elizabeth St., is located in one of the cities hottest retail neighborhoods – sharing the block with stores like Kit & Ace, Steven Alan, Wolverine, and TOMS. The new NYC store brings United By Blue’s total number of brand-operated stores to four: two year-round locations in Philadelphia and a seasonal location directly on the ocean in Asbury Park, .. Located on a quaint tree-lined street, the new Nolita United By Blue store features unique details that seamlessly blend this outdoor shop into the city, said the company.
“Being based in nearby Philadelphia, we’ve always wanted to have a physical presence in Manhattan.” said company Founder and President Brian Linton, “We designed the Nolita store to feel like an extension of the outdoors within one of the world’s busiest cities; we brought in a mix of new and reclaimed fixtures, live edge wood shelving, and our signature firewood wall to make people feel like they can kick back and relax.”
United By Blue is celebrating the door opening with a Grand Opening Event happening Friday, June 24 with food and beverage from 5-10PM. The event is free and open to the public.
