On an a bit of the lighter side, adventurous singles across the country have a new tool in their pack when it comes to finding a mate. LuvByrd, the dating platform for outdoor enthusiasts that has spurred hundreds of romantic relationships in Colorado, is now available nationwide.

Running as both a website and app on iPhone and Android, LuvByrd enables users to browse possible soul mates and communicate with matches. Through the website and app, users can browse matches, choosing to “<3” (like) or “X” (hide) profiles, send messages and update account settings. There are no restrictions on gender or timing when it comes to making the first move with LuvByrd. The format focuses on helping singles make connections and begin getting to know each other in their most comfortable environments – mountains, lakes, beaches and trails.

While signing up for LuvByrd is free, there are features available for purchase. For $3/month, users can view others who have checked out their profile; $3 more will show who is actively interested. $5 offers unlimited messaging (after a three-day free messaging trial). For $10/month, users have unlimited access to all features.

 

LuvByrd also brings people together for all-important face to face connection through active outdoor events, such as “Chairlift Speed Dating” and an upcoming summer rafting trip.
