Buying group Grassroots Outdoor Alliance announced that Accent and Cannon Paddles have joined the organization as Vendor Partners. Accent and Cannon Paddles have been made in Minneapolis, Minn., for a combined 40 years. They are a family owned businesses sarted by Stu Lee in 1983, and are now operated by his son Stuart.
All of their paddles are designed by the highly regarded paddle designer Lee Bognfilio. Lee has already left his mark in the paddlesports industry and continues to exclusively design for Accent and Cannon Paddles today.
Peter Noren, Director of Sales for Accent and Cannon shared his thoughts on joining Grassroots as a Vendor Partner, “We are excited to work with the Grassroots Outdoor Alliance network of dealers. This membership showcases a very high level of service and genuine commitment to paddlesports. Specialty retailers are imperative for the long term viability of this industry. Grassroots Outdoor Alliance has 45 members with nearly 100 retail locations across the United States.
